Arkenos is not responsible for losses resulting from failure to secure your account.

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent eligibility for benefits
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with system security

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

Offers displayed on SastoSathi are provided by third-party businesses.

Arkenos:

• Does not guarantee availability of offers
• Is not responsible for quality of goods/services
• Is not liable for disputes between users and partner businesses

Any dispute must be resolved directly with the respective partner business.

All content, branding, logos, software, and materials related to SastoSathi are the intellectual property of Arkenos, unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted under Nepal law, Arkenos shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Service interruptions
• Third-party service failures

Arkenos reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent behavior
• Compromise platform security

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
